Cathy Martine, President—AT&T Enterprise Business Solutions, leads one of the Fortune 11 company’s revenue generating business units, overseeing approximately 9,000 associates. She is responsible for the sales, distribution, marketing and product management of AT&T business solutions across the mobility and wireline product portfolios—including smartphones, tablets, high-bandwidth services, hosting, cloud, security, and application services. In this capacity, she supports small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, approximately 3.5M AT&T business customers in total.

Under Cathy’s leadership, AT&T is transforming its small and medium business customers’ adoption of mobility and strategic business solutions. She has also led the transformation of the sales force with the adoption of a “universal seller model.” Now, business sales associates sell the entire portfolio of AT&T products and services to meet their business customers’ needs.

The Enterprise Business Solutions organization’s accomplishments are evident in Cathy’s leadership, in driving double digit strategic business services growth and providing AT&T business customers with unsurpassed technology to meet their ever-evolving communication needs. A few of the key business customers include Uber, Tesla and the Dallas Cowboys.

Cathy also leads AT&T’s “Fiber to the Building” program, an initiative to proactively expand AT&T’s fiber network to reach an additional one million business customer locations in multi-tenant business buildings in its wireline service area. To date, AT&T has deployed fiber to more than half a million business customer locations under Cathy’s leadership. In mid-September, she also successfully launched a new high speed Internet fiber service—AT&T Business Fiber—that will allow businesses in AT&T Fiber Ready Buildings to access services and technologies to help take their businesses to the next level.

Through June 2014, AT&T brought fiber to hundreds of thousands of business customers. This led to sales of fiber based products yielding over $83M in revenue. In the Mobility space, under her leadership SMB customers are moving in unprecedented numbers to adopt AT&T’s Mobile Share plans, which provides our customers with the best value. As of June 2014, 66% of all SMB customers are on a Mobile Share plan.
