    Amira El-Deeb is an accomplished professional with over 22 years of experience serving her community, particularly in the education and healthcare sectors being an educator and a pharmacist too. Her remarkable achievements have been recognized through numerous prestigious international awards, cementing her status as a trailblazer. Since 2020, Amira has been honored with accolades such as the Stevie Award for Women in Business in the USA, the Wintrade Award for Women in the Public Sector in the UK, and recognition as one of the Top 50 Inspirational Women in Egypt in 2022. In early 2023, Amira was promoted to the role of Director of the Career Development Department at the School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo, where she has spearheaded transformative changes focused on digital transformation, sustainability, professional coaching, and free-of-charge skill development services. Amira's initiatives have had a significant impact, serving hundreds of young learners from challenging economic conditions in Egypt. Her dedication to empowering and uplifting her community, along with her visionary leadership, has positioned her as a true inspiration both locally and globally.

    Amira's remarkable journey took a significant turn in early 2023 when she was promoted to Director of the Career Development Department,School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo which is basically a non-profit organization and her department in particular focuses on serving the community by providing affordable, internationally designed, and accredited educational programs.

    Amira focused on four key pillars:

    1. Digital Transformation and Incorporating Artificial Intelligence:
      • Introduced AI tools for HR Professionals certificate
      • AI tools for Teachers and Educators certificate
      • Digital Supply Chain Transformation certificate
    2. New Programs Encourage Sustainability &Green Economy:
      • "Green HR Certificate," the first of its kind in Egypt
      • Initiated a collaboration with CSR Arabia to launch "CSR Certificate" for the first time in Egypt

    3. New Events to Help Learners Find Proper Professional Coaching Services:

      • AI tools for Teachers and Educators: +150 teachers since June 2024
      • Digital Supply chain transformation: +300 Supply chain professionals 
      • Green HR : Trained +500 HR Professionals on Sustainability in HR and going Green in HR
      • CSR Arabia (Corporate social responsibility of Arabia) to launch "CSR certificate":  +50 professionals for banking sector &NGOs on sustainability&proper social responsibility activities since June 2024
      • Career Advancement in Sustainable Tourism in 2024 (launch in August)
      • Career Coaching Day: +1000 learners from all over Egypt with a nominal fee (less than $10)
