Amira El-Deeb is an accomplished professional with over 22 years of experience serving her community, particularly in the education and healthcare sectors being an educator and a pharmacist too. Her remarkable achievements have been recognized through numerous prestigious international awards, cementing her status as a trailblazer. Since 2020, Amira has been honored with accolades such as the Stevie Award for Women in Business in the USA, the Wintrade Award for Women in the Public Sector in the UK, and recognition as one of the Top 50 Inspirational Women in Egypt in 2022. In early 2023, Amira was promoted to the role of Director of the Career Development Department at the School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo, where she has spearheaded transformative changes focused on digital transformation, sustainability, professional coaching, and free-of-charge skill development services. Amira's remarkable journey took a significant turn in early 2023 when she was promoted to Director of the Career Development Department,School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo which is basically a non-profit organization and her department in particular focuses on serving the community by providing affordable, internationally designed, and accredited educational programs.
Amira focused on four key pillars:
