    Michelle V. Bauyon is the CEO of The Alpha Enterprise and the founder of the company’s social responsibility, Persons With Multiple Disabilities Foundation Corporation . Since 2011, Michelle Bauyon has been using her energetic personality, consistent creative focus, and application of her international experience in Marketing, Market Research, and consulting that have enhanced her company to grow constantly. She has an extensive experience in a start-up business, retail franchises, and online SEO Marketing Management.

    Michelle’s advocacy for the rights of PWDs encouraged and eventually led her to initiate a unique yet profound Foundation, drawing inspiration from her only son, who was diagnosed then with multiple disabilities. From her own experiences, she gained strength and formidable aspirations that lead to the founding of PERSONS WITH MULTIPLE DISABILITIES FOUNDATION CORP. which has become a corporate social responsibility of her company. The noble task in serving the PWDs by fighting for their rights, employing persons with disabilities that comprise 50% of her company, and her corporate social responsibilities earned her an award as the Filipina GOLD awardee of International Stevie awards for Woman in Business in 2017 that was held at Times Square New York, USA. She also received awards for three straight years from 2017 to 2019 in International Stevie Awards for Woman in Business corporate social responsibility category.

    She started everything with social change maker like the only NGO who is focusing on PWDs. Educating the people on the rights of the PWDs and educating the children How to treat them with respect.  Her foundation is the only first farm school in the Philippines that will provide employment and sustainable food for the orphanage. Providing food and shelter and farm to table supplies.

    Her farm school is the first in the Philippines to provide the scholarship to the indigent through government assistance.  The Tuition fees that the government will be paying to her farm school will help the orphanage home they are starting to build in the farm they have just bought.

    She is also proving medical assistance to cancer patients by the help of other government hospitals by creating a database of hospital per region in order to properly endorse the patients to the said hospitals.

     Aside from being the CEO of her company, and founder of PWMDFC, she is also the director of The Alpha Theater Group, which she founded in 2002. Currently, she is preparing a big production "Joseph the Dreamer" a musical play wherein all casts are PWDs. This is a fundraising activity for a proposed project of Orphange Farm School.

    The Persons with Multiple Disabilities Foundation Corp. (PWMDFC), a together we can foundation , a working foundation which focuses on serving the indigent, especially the disabled members of the society since 2018 with a goal to provide total integration to Persons with Disability (PWD) through a) inclusive education programs, - PWMDFC provides workshop to children with disability not just to educate them but to boost their confidence and self- esteem for them to develop a sense of inclusivity in terms of socializing and  to equipped the PWDs with skills and knowledge  for them to be able to participate meaningfully in the society and  b) economic empowerment – PWMDFC gives free livelihood training programs to PWD and their family for them a have a good startup  to sustain not just  their needs but also  for them to become a contributing citizen not just of the community but of the society And c) advocacy programs -PWMDFC attends to series of events to create awareness not just on helping the PWD’s and but on how to treat them with respect more than anything else. PWMDFC believes that there is hope for PWD in our society if only we work together as one!

    The Persons with Multiple Disabilities Foundation Corp. (PWMDFC) has achieved so much in terms of service. PWMDFC were able to conduct medical missions and dental missions ensuring the health of our beneficiaries especially after the covid 19 pandemic. PWMDFC also conducts  livelihood programs to give the indigent and the PWD’s not just a source of income but a sustainable solution to provide for themselves and their family’s basic needs. That way they will be able to live day by day without having to worry about what is next on their plates .

    PWMDFC at the moment continuously conducted series of feeding programs to the less fortunate communities while also preparing for  one of is biggest  project “Joseph the Dreamer”, the  first Tagalized (Tagalog - English) adaptation of the said musical play will happen with both abled and disabled casting whom have undergone audition and will be undergoing talent workshop  for the role. PWMDFC  aims not just boost their confidence but also  highlight the abilities more than  disabilities of our PWD in these stage project set to showcase PWD Talent in cities and municipalities in Philippines and in the future abroad, cause for us in PWMDFC our achievement;our “trophy” is not we have given shared nor what we  have given them, but more on what they will become. Keeping our mission and vision intact as we work entirely and  untiringly to  help not just the indigent nor our PWD’s, but the  society, because we believe that  together we can achieve more.

    Attached are the PWMDFC Magazine which contained all relevant information to support all programs and services for the indigent or the less fortunate members of the society  especially  the PWD’s whom are the major beneficiaries of all our major projects which includes but not limited to the feeding programs for PWD’s and families, Medical and Dental Mission, Livelihood Project for sustainability which in the future will get bigger and bigger as PWMDFC established its own,one of a kind farm school and orphanage for the PWD which will be build up right and about in PWMDFC  land of hope and dream, a farm lot exclusively bought for the purpose to help our PWD and their family have a better life which they can sustain with a tie up for employment not just for the PWD themselves but also their family.  The said  lot will be develop in the years to come as a farm school under the accreditation of The Philippine's Department Agriculture which will not just provide crops to sell but employment  as a long term goal to sustain every need of our PWD and other indigent members of the society but providing them food (farm to table)  and a source of income that will sustain their day to day needs while empowering them by highlighting their ability to work and provide on their own rather than  question their skills and capabilities cause again together we can work for a better society, accepting or embracing the differences thru inclusivity
