  6. Explain why the achievements you have highlighted are unique or significant. If possible compare the achievements to the performance of other players in your industry and/or to the organization's past performance (up to 250 words):

    Total 138 words used.

Vision Therapy is a very niche specialty in the Optometric world.  Very few doctors specialize in it and most people have never heard of it.  Doing exercises to retrain your brain to use your eyes in a way that transforms how you interact with the world around you not only changes how a person sees themselves, but changes what is possible for them.  Through doing vision therapy, children become readers, behavioral issues resolve, stroke victims can return to work, concussion patients can get back to driving and much more.  Dr. Collier and her team have taken the knowledge they have acquired from a combined over 40 years of experience and consolidated that into digital programs like 4D Built to Read.  This method has made this treatment that was previously only available for the wealthy, accessible to millions more.
