♦ Purchase Tickets Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Tickets are $525 each, or $5,150 for a table for 10 people. Prices will rise on October 21 to $575 per or $5,650 for a table for 10, so order your tickets today!
♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel, setting for the November 10 event. Set in the heart of exciting Times Square, the hotel is at the epicenter of New York's glamorous entertainment industry. The discounted rate expires at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, October 24, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.
♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Dinner Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 300+ attendees of the event, plus an additional 10,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $495. Reservation Deadline: October 21.
♦ Distribute Literature to All Awards Dinner Attendees. This opportunity is limited to the first five (5) organizations that respond. Your literature will be placed on the seats of all attendees of the dinner. Cost: $450. Reservation Deadline: October 22.

Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, corporate branding of your table, corporate branding in the presentations, a full-page ad in the awards banquet program (total distribution of 10,000+), and the right to speak on stage for up to 60 seconds (instead of the standard 30 seconds). Deadline to reserve a sponsored table with full benefits: October 21.
No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Thursday, November 6.
