2015 TIMETABLE
October 4: Preliminary judging to determine the Finalists concludes.
October 7: Finalist notification. You will receive an email about the disposition of your entries - which if any have been recognized as Finalists and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie Award winner, to be determined in final judging. You will also be sent a letter package by mail with the same information. The email and packet will also contain information about how to purchase tickets to the 2015 awards dinner.
Mid-October - early November: Final judging to determine the Stevie Award placements in each category.
November 13: 2015 awards dinner at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in the heart of Times Square in New York City.
2015 AWARDS DINNER
2015 Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements in each category will be announced and presented at the dinner in New York on Friday, November 13. Results will not be announced or tipped off in advance. We hope that all Finalists will be represented at the event. Tickets for the dinner will be $295 each through November 4, and $345 each thereafter.
We will livestream the awards presentations on our Facebook page. We'll have more information about that for you soon.
PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES
If you chose to pay your entry fees by check or wire transfer, note that your entries will not be released for judging until your payment is received. Expedite your payment to us today.
If you submitted your entries this week, paid your entry fees by credit card, and your entries are marked as 'Pending' in our online system, that just means that we haven't yet had an opportunity to review your entries and submit them to the judges. We'll do that by this weekend, and then your entries will be marked as 'Eligible.'
BE A JUDGE FOR THE AWARDS
Being an entrant does not disqualify you from being a judge in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business - you may judge categories in which you're not an entrant. If you would like to participate in preliminary judging this next week, apply here. The two judges who score the most entries will each receive two free tickets to the awards dinner and $1,000 toward the cost of attending the event.

UPCOMING STEVIE AWARDS ENTRY DEADLINES
October 14 is the early-bird entry deadline for the German Stevie Awards, which are open to all organizations operating in Germany. The entry fee is only 99 euro per entry through that date. If your organization has employees, products or projects in Germany, you may nominate them even if your organization is not headquartered in Germany. October 21 is the early-bird deadline for the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
