September 5, 9:04 am: We're sorry that our cranky old website is giving you problems. The site is on its last legs, and will be replaced next month with a brand new site and entry/judging platform.

Today the site is overloaded with last-minute submissions. We expect that the judging system will be more available starting tomorrow.
