Connie is a remarkable leader.  After building the world's foremost directory for sustainability-related eco labels and certifications (and the businesses that have them), she led her team to build a data management platform that leverages the existing taxonomy of the existing database.  Named "eValuater", this SaaS platform allows a lead company to invite their suppliers to be connections, and once accepted, the lead company can choose questions from the leading global standards (such as GRI, IFRS, ESRS, UNGC and EIB) or make their own custom questions, to gather deeper information so that they can mitigate risk and report on their sustainability performance and commitments.  Connie did this this as a single parent raising 3 daughters and fostering kids.  The early days of Intengine were self funded by Connie while she worked on other deals to pay for the development of Intengine.

Intengine is the ONLY SaaS data aggregation and data management tool that is housed in a global directory with the most comprehensive database of eco-labels, certifications and standards.  With relatively modest funding to date (approximately $5M), Intengine is competing against companies who have received hundreds of millions and $1Billion in funding.  Although Intengine believes they will receive the next level funding to scale the business, the achievements of this small but motivated team is incredible.  This excellence has attracted several of Europe's best and most innovative companies to sign on as design partners to help  optimize the features of this tool.  The "directory" component of the platform that helps differentiate Intengine from others is important because suppliers are being constantly called upon from their larger customers to answer lengthy surveys and questionnaires.  With Intengine, suppliers can answer the question once and if asked by another client, their answers will be carried over that increases efficiency for the lead company and their suppliers.  Another differentiator of Intengine is that of "interoperability".  What this refers to is the interchange between various standards.  For example, a company may need to report on various standards as mandated by law, management, their Boards or shareholders/stakeholders. This repetition challenges the staff and consultants working on these reports. With Intengine, we have mapped individual questions/KPIs to each of the major standards so the people reporting can leverage the work done and reduce repetition, thereby saving time, money and resources.  Connie is an expert at simplifying complexity.
