Since July 1, 2022, Anne’s stellar performance at Marshall Building & Remodelling attracted the attention of Stronghouse Solutions, a national collection of best in class, best in market roofing and home services companies backed by private equity firm O2 Investment Partners. This partnership resulted in Anne being appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Stronghouse Solutions.
She continues to serve as an incredible role model for women in construction, demonstrating a fresh take on ways the industry can offer women entrepreneurial opportunity and financial independence. She is on a mission to get more women not only in the trades, but in leadership positions in the trades, and has successfully added 30% more women to the Marshall leadership team in the last year and a half.

Gaining the attention of a national, private equity-backed company is no easy feat, yet Anne’s leadership and customer experience savvy helped her win the partnership with Stronghouse Solutions at the end of 2022.
As one of few female leaders in the exterior home services industry and executive leaders in a private equity backed company, Anne has unique insight into how women can stand out and make their mark in these traditionally male-dominated industries. Her ability to lead with authenticity has helped her build high-performing teams while creating a culture of kindness and support.
Unlike many players in the home services industry, Anne took it upon herself to step into the shoes of her team, fulfilling a variety of roles before taking on the position of co-CEO, to better understand what her team was experiencing on a daily basis. She answered phones, set up client appointments, ran sales calls, conducted site visits, cleaned job sites, canvassed neighborhoods, obtained licenses and permits, and more. Insights from these collective experiences helped her create a unique customer experience playbook designed to ensure consistent interaction across all touchpoints.
