Growing up in very small town in West Virginia, Rachel was inspired by her grandmother there, a nationally recognized volunteer and multiple business owner. She began creating businesses at a young age, and by middle school, under her grandmother’s mentorship, was performing advertising and accounting tasks after school. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to earn a second master’s degree in Information Technology from Harvard, along with certificates from Berkeley and MIT. Rachel’s leadership has propelled Viderity to become a recognized innovator in the industry. Her dedication to community service is evident through her volunteer work with animal rescue programs and involvement with AFCEA. Rachel is also an active member of MindShare and the Women's Chamber of Commerce, further highlighting her commitment to professional development and community engagement.
