Woodrie Burich has been a pioneer in the Tech field for over 20 years working with Global Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] The work expectations in the tech industry led her towards burnout and inspired her to find alternative methods of building sustainable work life. After years of research and implementation, she found a model that was successful. This encouraged her to transition from the tech industry to share this model with other working professionals who struggled with the same balance. Woodrie Burich is now the owner of the Integration Group and founder of the Boundaries Before Burnout® group coaching program. For the past ten years, she has built a successful company and team that guides high-level professionals and teams out of overwhelm and into steady, empowered decision-making.

Woodrie is a driven and high performing achiever as evidenced academically, professionally, and within her community. The key that separates Woodrie from other professionals, is her deep desire and commitment to improving the lives of others and our community through her work in Boundaries. Her purposeful pivot in her career towards finding a sustainable success for herself, has grown to helping a broad audience – from high level execs, to young people, as well as supporting a variety of non-profits within our community. Her vision for helping people with boundaries is extensive and her life’s work a significant contribution to our community.
Specific examples of her performance includes the growth she’s seen within her company, combined with the longevity of the team built around her. She works with Global Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies from her small home office in Anchorage, Alaska – a testament to her work being unique and empowering. We’ve watched Woodrie time and time again change people’s mindset around work. Her reviews and clients reflect this innate ability.
In addition to her work achievements, as a mother, Woodrie understands the challenges that work demands place on working parents and caregivers. As a result, she has developed and presented multiple talks around Work Boundaries for parents and supports a variety of non-profit organizations with this content. Finally, in celebration of ten years in business, Woodrie started a free community in 2022, in hopes to provide access to everyone, not just high-level professionals.
