ASCIRA COO Belynda Lee has now added another feather to her cap by realising a long-cherished dream of creating her own talk show focusing on women, in May 2021. Titled ‘Spotlight with Belynda Lee’, the show is a half an hour casual tete a tete with women from different strata of the society who have an interesting story to tell. Inspired by her own struggles, Belynda initiated the show as part of her social responsibility to empower other women in any way she can. The show is recorded in the state-of-the-art ASCIRA Studio located in Marina Tower Dubai and will be broadcasted on ASCIRA's social media channels. SEASON II – HEALTH AND WELLNESS
After the spectacular success of Season I, Season II is now rolling with the focus on Health and Wellness. It showcases doctors and other health care professionals with the underlying aim of educating women on their gender specific health issues which are mostly ignored by them. Some of the reputed guests include Dr Houriya Kazim, first Emirati Breast Surgeon and reputed neurologist Dr Sweta Adatia. With its vast range of women-centric topics, ‘Spotlight by Belynda Lee’ is the first of its kind show in the region where a COO is also the host.

In 2014, she penned her first book "Five-Inch Heels - When Women Step into Power and Success. It went on to become a bestseller in North America. Belynda is a highly accomplished internationally recognized and the recipient of various prestigious awards including Outstanding Leadership – Global Women Summit in Vancouver, Canada; "Leader of the Year" – 10th Annual Women of Worth Conference; and "Top Chinese Women of Canada" – United Global Chinese Women Association in Canada.
She was also honored with the International Leadership Award from the Texas Women's Empowerment Foundation (TWEF) for her contributions to the society.
In the short span of 18 months that ASCIRA has been set up in Dubai, Belynda has been accorded with many international laurels for her exemplary leadership.
She was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Woman of the Year category in The 18th Annual International Business Awards®. This was followed by a second Bronze Stevie® Award in the Woman Executive of the Year- Consumer category in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. She also bagged the Gold Globee® in the 14th Annual Women World Awards in Top Female Achiever in the category of Business Role Model of the Year.
