Anthill, a two-way text message portal that provides a secure communication bridge for employers to connect, grow and retain its deskless workforce is disrupting the HR software tech world with its ability to speak to employees in 120 languages, provide an easy pathway to surveys, PTO and scheduling, as well as weather and safety information. The company was founded by Dr. Muriel Clauson and Dr. Young-Jae Kim, [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] Ph.D.s in industrial-organizational psychology. The duo had experience helping large companies strategize for the future of work and quickly identified a common complaint among companies that they couldn’t fully engage with or develop their deskless employees. As the labor shortages intensify, Anthill’s scalable solution-driven portal helps employers find opportunities for planning resources, reskilling employees, and reducing turnover in critical, but concise questions to the workforce in the language they prefer.
