Living Security began in 2017 when Ashley and Drew Rose saw an opportunity to make security awareness training more engaging for employees, addressing the human risk inside of organizations. Traditional security awareness training programs were proving boring at best and inadequate in most cases, leaving companies open to risk and leaving employees, often, open to blame. Living Security set out to change that with a state-of-the-art training program utilizing unique, gamified learning, that actually engages employees and mitigates risk by truly changing user behavior being 16 times more effective than traditional platforms. Prior to 2020, Living Security offered training solely in person. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, the company pivoted in just eight weeks to bring its training solutions online. Living Security’s CyberEscape Online product is the industry’s first digital teams-based solution. In 2022, the company took things one step further, launching its new human risk management platform, Unify Insights, an innovative solution to help enterprises identify human behavior risks and trends inside their organizations to reduce cybersecurity threats. It now counts more than 200 enterprises as clients including MasterCard, Verizon, MassMutual, Biogen, AmerisourceBergen, Hewlett Packard, JP Morgan and Target.
