Cydni Tetro is a recognized innovator of experience, a growth leader, technologist, STEM advocate, author and speaker. She’s grown companies, marketing & product teams, developed customer experience strategies and go-to-market strategies that ensure market leadership, customer relationships and growth strategies.
From building a product experience platform and services with Fortune 100 companies to creating a 3D printing platform working with Marvel, the NFL and Target. Cydni has led technology commercialization initiatives with Disney and built the largest family network, more than 100M users, on the Facebook API.
In December 2020, Cydni joined Brandless’ leadership team and spearheaded an $118 million raise—the largest amount raised by a female CEO in the history of Silicon Slopes. With this funding she’s already reaped 6700% company growth, all to achieve its mission of making it easier for people to take care of themselves, their families and the planet.

Throughout her career, Cydni Tetro has accelerated growth using technology on every team she leads. She’s currently focused her efforts in two places. One is within her role as President of the non-profit Women Tech Council (WTC)—she’s expanding the economic pipeline to get more women into tech and create a robust workforce. To date, WTC has activated more than 15,000 high school girls into STEM fields and created networking opportunities for over 10K men and women throughout the tech community. Inspired by the impact of women in technology, the WTC joined other key organizations to create the Women Tech Talent Pipeline Alliance to counter the effects of a slowing economy. The alliance will focus on programs that create activation into technology and STEM careers for women of color, moms and women returning to the workforce, refugees and immigrants.
Second is Brandless—she is trailblazing an entirely new future of CPG3 consumer-product-goods by creating a marketplace of mission-driven brands and creating influences of service. Under Tetro’s tech guidance and direction, Brandless is leading the people-as-a-platform movement by building a tech stack that delivers Influence-as-a-service (IaaS), a platform that rewards customers for sharing products they love and empowers everyone to be a force for good regardless the size of their social circles. In return, brands get direct access to customers and new revenue streams. This democratizes access to better-for-you products of the Brandless’ marketplace by increasing exposure and allowing people to curate products they love for those they love.
