    Robyn Orsini is the 27-year-old sole and female founder of Lunas Consulting, a B2B Lead Generation and Sales Consulting Agency, which she scaled [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] in less than a year in their first year of business. Her passion for helping startups succeed is driven by her thirteen years of experience in business development, as well as the time she spent working for non-profit organizations that supported ecosystems of entrepreneurs and tech communities through community support and innovation.

    Through this same drive and passion, she also recently co-founded another organization, SmartSaaS, an E-learning Sales Expertise company for SaaS startup founders and sales teams that aims to deliver a straightforward roadmap toward success for any startup from pre-revenue to scale through numerous sales & revenue bootcamps, templates, and courses. In September 2020, Robyn also co-founded Loadly, a digital shipping platform that allows faster and simpler truck owners and drivers bidding processes. Loadly's mission is to transform the North American logistics industry through technology.     Since July of 2020, Robyn scaled Lunas [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] and grew her team by over 10 times since launching, [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. This is proof of her inspiring leadership and the environment she cultivated within the company. Lunas was founded on four core values; taking care of each other, trusting one another, facing difficult facts and dealing with them together, and continuing to learn every day to be the best in everything they do.

    Lunas is proudly female-founded and led by 100% female leadership team and has one of the industry's most diverse and inclusive cultures, as Robyn is keen on hiring people from all over the world.

    After years of working with startups in different ventures, Robyn has translated her passion by becoming a service provider through Lunas, and her trained sales development representatives, putting her skills and expertise into a well-crafted strategy. She's more than just skills and a title; she also innovated the first and currently the only custom data analytics dashboards in the industry which was launched in April 2021 to act on data and provide clients with real insights, as many outreach tools and CRM's lack insights and often restrict users from making informed decisions based on data. This enables startups to find their target market and perfect product-market fit by booking at least 3-6 meetings a week and ultimately generating sustainable revenue growth for their clients.

The impact that she makes in the industry as a female founder, backed by the help of a group composed of successful women, says a lot about the rapid success they were able to achieve. Having a woman build an organization from the ground up in an industry dominated by men helps inspire other women entrepreneurs to step up and claim their own success.
