Kimberly manages a variety of projects involving customer service, operations, sales, marketing, and human resources.She has a Master’s degree and 25 years of international work experience, including over 20 years as a high-ranking executive. Kimberly’s passion has been working alongside others and using her extensive business background to empower, and help people achieve their own personal success.
At Clintar, she has led her team to many successes, including playing a pivotal role in Clintar being recognized as a Deloitte Best Managed Company, and becoming the first Canadian landscape & snow removal corporation to get their Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner Certification.
Her focus on business and education has led her to become passionate about carving a path that would lead her to make a difference through her industry. She embodies Clintar’s dedication to sustainability, eco-friendly initiatives, and commitment towards a brighter future. Through her coaching and mentorship style of leadership, she has helped lead her team to many successes, including the achievement of multiple awards and certifications.
In 2020, Kimberly received gold forFemale Entrepreneur of the Year in Canadaat the Stevie Women in Business Awards and led Clintar to win bronzefor Corporate Social ResponsibilityProgram of the Year. Kimberly has played an integral role in helping Clintar win the Great Place to Work designation byGreat Place to Work Institute Canadafor 5 years in a row.
Kimberly has been a driving force in fundraising for Make-A-Wish Canada, Clintar’s official charitable organization. As a 2021 Corporate Cabinet member of Make-A-Wish Canada, Kimberly will continue to dedicate herself to this incredible organization.
Kimberly sits on the Board of Sustainability and partakes in a variety of sustainability efforts, including powered equipment switching, water conservation technologies, EV and hybrid fleets, eco-friendly landscaping, as well as many other efforts. She is the driving force behind all Clintar’s sustainable practices and products.
In October 2020, Kimberly initiated and launched the Female Employee Spotlight to showcase the amazing women who collectively contribute to growth and success of the company.
Kimberly was invited to be a judge at the Western University’s ‘World’s Challenge’ Challenge – more than 30 teams compete annually by presenting their unique ideas to a panel of academic and community leaders. It encourages students to take action on global issues and challenges.
Through Kimberly’s coaching and mentorship style of leadership, she has helped lead her team to many successes, including the achievement of multiple awards and certifications.
Kimberly is passionate about education, enrichment, empowerment of women in the workplace, and therefore she laid the foundation and is leading WCL - Women of Commercial Landscaping (WCL).Kimberly has been able to provide professional networking and event opportunities for women across Canada, especially those interested in starting and operating a business in the field of commercial landscaping and snow removal. She has worked to encourage women to gain confidence in their decision-making, enrich themselves through education, and fulfill their leadership potential in their chosen fields. It is important for her to continue to celebrate women in many different industries by sharing her stories and stories of our employees.Kimberly embraces a people-centric approach, while demonstrating exceptional leadership, and a commitment to future growth through sustainability.
Kimberly continues to educate herself on emerging sustainability issues to take Clintar to a new level by implementing changes and communicating them effectively to all departments of the company.
