Categories:
There are several new categories:
- Best Management Team (category A05)
- Best Environmental Responsibility Program (category B06). There are six geographic sub-sections to this category
- There are several new Corporate Literature categories:
- The Best House Organ category (category N02) now has four sub-categories
- Company History (N04) is for publications that address an organization's history
- "Other" (N05) is for publications that are not covered by any of the other categories
- There are two additions to the Live Event categories: Best Company Broadcast - Television (R04) and Best Company Broadcast - Radio (R05)
Three categories have been eliminated:
- Best Satellite Office or Facility
- Best Business Turnaround
- Best Press Kit
