Michelle S. Stephens is a Certified Professional Digital Marketer, Chartered Marketer, Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional, and Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional. She has led the consulting firm Caribbean Strategy since 2015, and with over 17 years’ experience in business development, strategic planning and marketing within the public and private sectors across the Caribbean, she has developed an expertise in identifying and resolving ineffective strategies. She coaches clients to imagine, craft and implement turnaround strategies that drive market-share growth and increase revenue. 

Apart from her consulting work, she writes in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) 
Business Focus Magazine on business strategies and a wide range of other business topics targeted at entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Michelle is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine in Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School in Scotland, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK, a Diploma in Public Relations from the College of Labour and Cooperative Studies in Trinidad and Tobago, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Strategy Execution Program. She is a member of the Association of Strategic Planning, Strategic Management Society, Chartered Institute of Marketing, American Marketing Association and Digital Marketing Institute.
