This program lasted for 18 months. Moreover, I led the Supervisory Academy for females which lasted for 6 months. Later on I was promoted to be the First Choice & Quality Manger in which I used six sigma, GEMBA Walk, Performance Dialogue, DAIMAC to improve processes and systems in the company. On Jan 2016 I moved to the Performance Manager position to drive high performance and motivate our employees.
