    Turkish Aerospace was established in 1973

    Being among the top hundred global players in aviation and space industry, Turkish Aerospace is organized under six strategic business centers :

    • Structural Group,
    • Aircraft Group,
    • Helicopter Group,
    • Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems Group,
    • Space Systems Group,
    • National Fighter

    Turkish Aerospace, which has continuously grown its human resources since the day established and continued to grow while the world's biggest and important companies were shrinking under the conditions of the pandemic, post pandemic and global crisis. While almost all companies in the sector dismiss their employees due to the pandemic and global crisis;

    Turkish Aerospace;
    (in only two years between the beginning of 2021 and end of the 2022.)
    - increased the number of human resources (42% Engineers, 45% Technicians)  by 56% -from 8,559 to 13,398-

    - increased the number of intern engineers by 73% -from 2,000 to 3,500-.

    We’re the Employer Branding Team working under Corporate Communications Department in Turkish Aerospace, who are responsible of “Reputation Management of Employer Brand, Talent Attraction (from awareness to desire) Communications, Recruitment Marketing,”.

    Our team came together in the second half of 2019 to cover “Recruitment Marketing / Talent Attraction needs of the huge growth” and brought great impact to Turkish Aerospace’s employer brand reputation. Based on Universum report, our awareness rate as an employer for targeted talents (engineering students) pool was 84% in the beginning of 2020; it is now 98%!

    Awareness of Turkish Aerospace as an Employer :

    2020      : 84%

    2021      : 97%

    2022      : 98%

    Selected as the Most Attractive Employer :

    2020      : 10,23%

    2021      : 14,41%

    2022      : 15,28%

    We created two sub-strategies, one for “Quick Wins”, one for “Long Term Gains”.

    “QUICK WINS”

    • We have realized the fastest growing employer brand awareness ranking (*Based on Universum report) in the market and become the 3rd most attractive employer for the engineering students in Turkey (was 9th.)  *Please see the copy of the official ranking report attached. *Universum Most Attractive Employers report
    • We made Turkish Aerospace Career Instagram Account #1 of all corporate career accounts in Turkey. *Boomsocial reports.
    • We won 34 national and international awards with our employer brand communication works.
    • We increased the application numbers of our talent programs as 150%  (from 8.000 to 20.000+)

    All the results above are made with the works we performed in 2021 and 2022. BUT! Those were only the quick wins for a good start, we released our master piece “Future Talents Program” for the long term strategy in Jan 2022!

    Within the global aerospace industry, we, as Turkish Aerospace, are continuously building a strong reputation that establishes us as the company known for shaping the future of Turkey’s aerospace. For us, investing in the future is synonymous with investing in youth. So, we have launched and are currently running a successful public relations campaign, the Future Talents Program.

    This program has been key in elevating our brand’s awareness and reputation as the shaper of Turkey’s aerospace future in the eyes of the public. While extending our organization’s influence nationally and within the aerospace industry by garnering the appreciation of the entire Turkish public, it also shapes the future of our children.

    Through this program, we strive to create awareness among young people by guiding them and supporting their development processes.

    We are pioneering a new era within the “Employer Branding Sector” by including target audiences from elementary – middle – high school levels while all companies focus on senior college students with an interest in short term gains! Thanks to “Future Talents Program”, we strengthen our position as we shape Turkey’s future by supporting children who will be building the future.

    We created 3 focused sub programs based on the age range (elementary/middle/high) and released focused works for each of them.

    • Development Workshops (S.T.E.M.)
    • Development Seminars (S.T.E.M)
    • E- Magazine for Kids
    • Career Festival in our HQ
    • Engineering Seminars for high school students
    • Profession Guidance Seminars for high school students
