Making things better and Putting people first are core values of Liberty. This is why the company in Europe launched Liberty Digital Way (LDW) in 2021: an innovative people-first digital working model based on trust, flexibility and well-being that empowers employees to enjoy their lifestyle as they work to make things better every day for customers and partners. 99% of Liberty’s team chose to join LDW.

In 2022, Liberty highlighted these achievements with Best Place To Be. The campaign celebrates the anniversary of LDW, while also portraying key components of Liberty’s culture.

Heavily focused on employees but also addressed to external stakeholders, the campaign pivoted around a video. It portrayed working at Liberty as a place where you can enjoy your personal life while developing your professional career taking advantage of digital and technology, while also portraying Spain, Portugal, Ireland and Northern Ireland’s cultural heritages - the four markets in which Liberty operates.

Three actors representing Liberty’s staff began with choosing their workplaces and personalizing them, and then gathered in the middle of the scenario to meet and share some team moments. The background was a mix of artwork that referenced cultural and national backgrounds through different palettes and techniques.
