    The Lingkod Pag-IBIG Coffee Table Book (LP CTB) was distributed to a total of 500 internal stakeholders (executives, middle managers, staff) between January to March 2022.

    After 130 hours’ worth of interview transcripts from 32 interview sessions, 88 interviewees, 6 terabytes of photos and files, countless brainstorming sessions and multiple all-nighters, the 297-page Lingkod Pag-IBIG Coffee Table Book was derived. Through the team’s ‘unconditional’ dedication to the project, the publication was finally ready for printing and distribution to intended readers. The procurement for printing supplier in producing 500 copies of the LP CTB commenced from April to August 2021, and the distribution was completed by March 2022.

    Pag-IBIG Fund recently marked its 40th Anniversary in December 2020. The Lingkod Pag-IBIG Coffee Table Book (LP CTB) successfully highlighted the role of the men and women of Pag-IBIG Fund who were behind its legacy and accomplishments.

    Objective 1: As an instrument to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Pag-IBIG

    Achievements:

    • Disseminated copies to all 120 officers (including retirees), 380 employees/resource persons
    • Scored a perfect 100% quality satisfaction from LP CTB internal recipients based on post-publication survey
    • Obtained 93.3% “Very Satisfied (highest rating)” and 6.7% “Satisfied (second highest rating)” responses from the LP CTB internal recipients

    Objective 2: Inspire Lingkod Pag-IBIG employees to continue serving with Grit, Resilience, Integrity, and Commitment, for its 14 million Filipino members amid economic uncertainties amid the global health crisis

    Achievements:

    • Pag-IBIG Fund recorded its best year ever in 2022 in terms of Housing Loans and Membership Savings
    • The LP CTB garnered the 58th Public Relations Society of the Philippines’ Anvil Award for Publications
