We are a global Communication and Corporate Affairs company, with a presence in 15 countries, including 12 in Latin America, and strategic partnerships in 30 nations.

Our company, originally named Inforpress, was jointly founded by Núria Vilanova and her mother, Núria Giralt, in 1988. After a period of sustained growth and continuous evolution, we underwent a rebranding process, becoming ATREVIA in 2015. This rebrand reflects our daring character and core focus on communication. Consequently, we developed a more comprehensive work model, divided into two major areas:  Agency and Consultancy.

Today, our international team comprises over 500 professionals from 30 different countries. Our robust methodology offers businesses unique, tailored solutions for complex issues, integrating strategy, creativity, media, platforms, and diverse distribution channels.

We passionately believe in commitment, seeing ourselves as catalysts for positive change and proponents of a sustainable future. Our approach to communication, company culture definitions, sustainability planning, and stakeholder relationships aims to create meaningful differences.

We know that companies hold the power to effect change, and we're dedicated to assisting them on this journey. We help businesses integrate change into their decision-making processes, crafting dialogue networks, igniting movements, conducting insightful studies, and providing daily people-centric advice.

  4. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this second question: Outline the agency's achievements since the beginning of 2021 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):

ATREVIA Latam was formed to meet corporate needs, emerging as Latin America specialists and leveraging exclusive global partnerships. Latin America contributes 22% to group profit, with impressive growth: 62% in 2021, and 58.5% in 2022, outperforming the group's 29% growth. Clientele increased by 21% in 2021 and 36% in 2022.

Ranking among the top 100 communication companies in PRovoke's 2021/2022 list, we're one of the only two Spanish-origin firms included. Our team, exceeding 100 professionals, expanded by 60% in 2021 and 71% in 2022. Key additions include Mauricio Téllez and Julio Fernández, directors of Colombia and the Dominican Republic; Luis Vazquez and Andrés Mora, digital directors of Mexico and Colombia; Zahed Becerra, Carlos Ulibarri, and Miguel Gómez, creative and PPAA directors. Our strategic board includes Omar Gonzalez, President of the Boards of Directors of Coquecol and Acerías PazdelRío Colombia, and Steven Bandel in Miami.

In 2022, we acquired Apple Tree Colombia, fortifying our digital scope. We're committed to a three-year, 18-million-euro acquisition plan targeting Technology and Digital Marketing.

We support transformation, societal contribution, and inclusivity. Our team comprises 72% women, and women have led us for 30 years. Notably, Carmen Sánchez-Laulhé, our VP for the Andina and Brazil regions, serves multiple leadership roles: she is the VP of PRCA Latam, President of the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Quito, and VP of the Federation of Binational Chambers.

  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Explain why the achievements you have highlighted are unique or significant. If possible compare the achievements to the performance of other players in your industry and/or to the agency's past performance (up to 250 words):

    Total 250 words used.

Our uniquely organic growth has facilitated the creation of distinctive, high-impact solutions. We have seamlessly integrated specialized teams to navigate an increasingly complex communication landscape. In 2021, we underwent a strategic restructuring, dividing our operations into two main areas: Agency and Consultancy. The Agency covers strategic analysis to positioning and Branded Content, while the Consultancy concentrates on Reputation and Sustainability, Internal Communication, Data Analytics, and Corporate Affairs. This effective realignment boosted our departments and allowed us to win significant advertising and digital campaigns.

The year 2022 marked an advertising boom with esteemed clients like Unicef (Ecuador), Reybanpac (Ecuador), Enel X (Peru), and Coca-Cola (Paraguay). We broadened our horizons, delving into Influencer Marketing and launching a Social Mobilization initiative, aiming to connect and mobilize stakeholders amidst a decentralized, distrustful environment.

In response to the critical technical skills gap, we introduced an innovative Employer Branding 5.0 methodology in 2022. Our initiative aids companies in attracting vital STEM talent, closing the deep-seated mismatch between demand and supply.

Sustainability lies at the heart of ATREVIA. In 2021, we backed the 2030 Digital Alliance Foundation to promote humanistic digitalization. We revised our purpose to integrally incorporate sustainability, aligning with our conviction: "We believe in change and aim to be activists in building a sustainable future." In 2022, we fine-tuned our sustainability strategy, employing rigorous indicators, identifying gaps in three ESG areas, and launching our ambitious "ATREVIA ACTIVISTS" initiative. This integrative approach enables us to contribute significantly to societal transformation while spearheading digital evolution.
