Since 2013, Treeline has experienced both change and growth. Treeline has always been renowned for its best-in-class contingency service as a sales recruiter leader, but when the economy changed, Treeline developed its own software called DADOMATCH.

DADOMATCH has actually revolutionized Treeline’s business development efforts. DADOMATCH has increased the overall efficiency of the company and has become the engine for Treeline’s traffic. When Treeline decided to develop its own software it ultimately changed the way Treeline operated.

This new technology enables Treeline to handle the overwhelming amount of candidate traffic while allowing the company to grow and hit revenue goals even when company headcount does not meet same growth objectives. It has automated the process in such a way that Treeline is able to manage the traffic flow and effectively qualify clients and candidates while minimizing outbound prospecting efforts. DADOMATCH has changed the way Treeline and the sales recruiting landscape operate enabling the company to hit unmatched growth.
