    HAVAS Red, a global PR, social and experiential agency micronetwork, operates in 14 markets with 380+ staff. We are part of the Havas PR Global Collective, the PR and communications arm of HAVAS Group, which in turn is part of Vivendi. Replicating the convergence of media consumption, our ‘merged media model’ brings together traditional and digital publishing, content, social media and data in a way that we believe defines the future of PR.

     Our network has experienced exponential top-line growth since 2021, thanks to our new thinking, groundbreaking model and challenger mindset. Following the launch Red Connect, our global content and creative production agency in 2020, and HAVAS Red Health, our healthcare offering in 2021, last fall we introduced our third specialized offering, Red Impact, which brings together our ESG capabilities worldwide.

     Our leaders regularly appear on screen and in print, strengthening our industry engagement and elevating the HAVAS Red name. We also continue to build best-in-class research and thought leadership capabilities to bring to our processes and campaigns. As a result, our network is highly decorated for campaign work and thought leadership, having won 800+ awards since its launch, including a Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival 2022.

    One of our most notable projects is the Ol’au Palau tourism initiative, which followed our globally award-winning Palau Pledge campaign. It unlocked new experiences for tourists to Palau not according to how much they spend, but how sustainably they act. We supported the launch by securing more than 430 pieces of coverage with a reach of 250 million+. 

    Another standout campaign amplified an international Save Ukraine #StopWar charity telethon through coordinated outreach by 80 of our PR pros who rallied together to support our colleagues in Kyiv. We helped reach 80 million+ people live and many more post broadcast, raising 1.5 million+ euros and encouraging people in 50+ European cities to march in solidarity with Ukraine. 

     To build buzz around GetYourGuide’s unforgettable travel experiences, we launched ‘Turning the Lights on at the Vatican Museums— allowing a select few travelers to walk the iconic halls before the museum opened its doors. ​With 4.1 million reach on social media, a 94% completion rate for Stories, and a reach of 500 million+ in top-tier media coverage, it became the platform’s top-performing campaign in 2022. 

     In addition, we demonstrated the epic moments that come with an Amex card at Wimbledon, showcased a unique collaboration between adidas and Dubai’s famous Ravi Restaurant, dreamed up speed dating at 300 km/h, connected Booking.com to an iconic soap opera home, and created a brand lovers’ platform for a historic beer manufacturer — just to name a few award-winning ideas from the last two years.

    Since 2019, we’ve radically transformed the HAVAS PR network into HAVAS Red and nearly doubled in size. Our merged media model has attracted a huge influx of clients and talent in search of our new thinking and challenger mindset in the last two years alone, resulting in a pitch win ratio of 46%. Notable new business wins included big names in the health space, such as Galderma, Ipsen, Sanofi, Roche, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk and Philips Healthcare; notable nonprofits like UNICEF and IKEA Foundation; several tech names such as Tritium, Meltwater, Baddoo and Me&U; well-known consumer brands like adidas, Coty Middle East, JBL Harman and Molson Coors; a notable tourism win, Turismo de Tenerife; and a worldwide real estate developer, Nakheel Malls — just to name a few. We also saw organic growth with existing clients such as [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION], ManpowerGroup and Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.

     Thanks to our standout work and people, HAVAS Red has won 800-plus awards since its launch. Most recently, our agency was recognized as a PR News 2023 Agency Elite Top 100, as well as Agency of the Year for PR News Platinum 2023 and Campaign. Individual awards included CEO James Wright recognized in the PRWeek Top 50 Global Power List, U.K. CEO Rachael Sansom included in the PRWeek 2023 U.K. Power Book, Bulldog Awards recognition of EVP Linda Descano, as PR Professional of the Year, and PRSA Hall of Fame inclusion of EVP Lesley Sillaman — just to name a few.

    Our industry involvement runs deep and is carried out both globally and locally as members of notable organizations, such as the PR Council (CEO James Wright serves on its Board), Page Society, Global Women in PR, Public Relations Society of America, and New York Women in Communications (EVP Linda Descano serves on the Board) — just to name a few.  Since 2021, HAVAS Red participated in a wide range of industry activities. Some of our favorites included a HAVAS Red x PRovoke Media podcast on the evolution of corporate purpose, a HAVAS Red x PRWeek discussion on post-pandemic brand experience, a GWPR session on mental fitness with James Wright, Linda Descano moderating a panel on corporate purpose at PRSA ICON 2022, a discussion with our global head of Social, Davitha Tiller, on handling societal issues on social, and a HAVAS Red-sponsored panel on radial curiosity at PRovokeGlobal.

     We also continue to build best-in-class research and thought leadership capabilities to bring to our processes and campaigns — winning us a silver 2022 Stevie Award in Thought Leadership. Our proprietary thought leadership includes the annual Red Sky Predictions report and HAVAS Red Word of the Year, along with thematic whitepapers tackling a variety of timely topics from content that cuts through to five ways brands can do purpose on purpose and the art of placing a story in the news-you-can-choose media environment. We also produce the Red Sky Fuel for Thought podcast diving into key communications trends that attract 2,000+ subscribers.
