    What started out as a communications startup, 27 years ago with only a handful of employees, has now grown into a global communications, multi-lingual, digital marketing, and public affairs consultancy firm that closely works with clients to develop a strong understanding of their needs. Our solid team of over 1,200 brilliant minds, works closely with clients, listening to their needs and helping them to achieve their goals with innovative and creative proposals.  

    Consolidating its international position, LLYC has 21 offices in 12 countries, in Europe and the Americas. Additionally, in 2021, LLYC accelerated its growth through acquisitions. The spotlight has centered on the digital and creative transformation of the business through the acquisition of APACHE -digital marketing consultancy firm- and CHINA -a creative agency-.

    All these achievements have made LLYC the first communications consultancy to be listed on the Spanish stock market. What is our  secret? Our commitment to customer-centricity, a competitive business model, solid development strategy and our multidisciplinary team has been the key to our success over the last few years.

    Solid results

    Despite the challenging macroeconomic environment in the recent months, LLYC has never faltered. The audited figures for LLYC’s 2022 results revealed significant growth. Total revenues tallied €88.9 million, a new record for the consultancy and €72.7 million in operating income, of which 45% comes from Europe. Meanwhile, recurring EBITDA improved by 26% to €16 million. 

    Empowering our brand

    We specialize in 18 different areas, providing comprehensive and innovative solutions to address specific challenges. Nowadays, the firm has promoted new services in the last year to continue to add value in the communications, public affairs and digital marketing market. In the wake of the successful launch of the Next Generation EU Unit, LLYC recently opened the European Affairs department, where, through political analysis and intelligence services, regulatory tracking and corporate positioning in the field of the EU institutions, will help their clients gain a better understanding of the European environment and position themselves within an increasingly complex scenario.

    Our social vocation: 

    LLYC has fulfilled its social contribution through the LLYC Foundation in 2022. Four projects (2 local and 2 global) throug 11 initiatives were implemented during the last 12 months, involving 415 volunteers from all the countries where the company operates. Under this corporate volunteering model, LLYCERS contributed their time, expertise and creativity to benefit 43 social entities and transform the lives of 859 people worldwide.

    International rankings and awards

    The transformative creativity and innovation we bring to our clients' projects has been recognized internationally with 120 awards, including the industry's most emblematic awards such as Cannes, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and the IPRA Golden World Awards. Such renowned recognitions have allowed us to position ourselves as the most awarded PR agency in Spain on the Ibero-American Grand Slam Ranking.

    All thanks to the effort and dedication of our teams to develop projects as emblematic as ‘Bihar, choosing tomorrow’, which garnered a total of 43 awards, earning a place in the TOP 10 of "Best Campaigns in the Ibero-American region"; ‘You're a gamer and you don't know it’, which won 13 awards this year; and even ‘Neither Victorious Nor Defeated’, which tallied eight  awards in 2022.

    These distinctions attest to the creative capacity, innovation and quality of the projects that the firm has developed together with its clients, as well as the excellent work and quality of the consultancy’s teams.

    Developing ideas and knowledge 

    Additionally, we have maintained our leadership as a Knowledge Hub in the corporate communications, public affairs, marketing and Deep Digital Business sector, launching "The Hidden Drug", a global report in collaboration with neuroscientists, sociologists, psychologists and data experts which has toured the world; in addition to eight IDEAS articles, 22 reports, two UNO magazines and nine original podcasts.
