2015 IBA TIMETABLE
24 July: Preliminary judging to determine the entries eligible for final judging concludes.
27 July - August 5: Final judging to determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements.
12 August: Notification of award results to entrants by email.
13 August: Public announcement of final results of the competition: Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners.
13 August: Voting opens in the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies (see below)
12 October: Last day to purchase tickets for the 12th annual awards banquet
23 October: 12th annual International Business Awards banquet at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto, Canada.
PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEES
If you chose to pay your entry fees by wire transfer or cheque when you submitted your entries, you will have received by email, by the end of this week, an invoice with wire transfer instructions. Note that your entries will not be released for judging until your payment is received. Unless you have made other arrangements with us, we must receive your payment by no later than Friday, 24 July or your entry(s) will be disqualified.
If you paid your entry fees by credit card and your entries are still marked PENDING in your entry-submission account on the website, that means we haven't had a chance to review and approve them yet. We will do that before this coming weekend.
SUBMISSION OF MATERIALS FOR OFFLINE JUDGING
If you entered any categories that require that you submit materials for offline judging, expedite your materials, properly labeled according to the instructions on the web site, to

BE A JUDGE FOR THE AWARDS
Being an entrant does not disquality you from being a judge in the IBAs - you may judge categories in which your organization is not an entrant. If you would like to participate in the first round of judging that concludes on 24 July, apply here.
Most judging is conducted online, so you can participate at your convenience. As a judge you will see how other organizations around the world are achieving success. Your participation will be acknowledged in the awards banquet program and on the IBA web site, and you'll receive a certificate of appreciation suitable for framing.
PEOPLE'S CHOICE STEVIE AWARDS FOR FAVORITE COMPANIES
This year's IBAs will feature the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite Companies. All organizations that are recognized as Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners in the IBAs' 34 Company of the Year categories will automatically be included in People's Choice voting, which will open to the general public worldwide on 13 August and run through 11 September. We will provide winners in these categories with tools to help you encourage your customers, employees, and other stakeholders to vote for your organization. People's Choice winners will receive a special People's Choice Stevie Award trophy. So Stevie Award winners in the Company of the Year categories will also have an opportunity to receive a second award, as voted by the general public.
PUBLICATION OF JUDGES' COMMENTS
This year we will introduce a new benefit of submission for all IBA entrants. When we notify Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie winners on 12 August we will also publish for all entrants, for all entries submitted, all judges' comments for your entries. These will be accessible through your entry-submission account on the website. Only you will have access to your entries' comments - they will not be publicly accessible.
2015 AWARDS GALA
Stevie winners will be presented their awards at the 23 October awards banquet at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Toronto, Canada. While attendance is not required of Stevie Award winners, we hope that all winners will be represented at the event. Tickets will go on sale on 12 August.
The format of the 23 October presentations will differ from past IBA events. First, the order of presentation will be determined by the order in which tickets for the event are purchased. So the earlier you order your tickets, the earlier in the evening your awards will be presented.
Second, for each organization in attendance we will produce a short video about the organization and their awards won. These videos will call the winners to the stage to accept their Stevies and make their acceptance speeches. After the event we will combine these videos with the acceptance speeches, and publish them online. Stevie winners in attendance will then be able to use these videos however they'd like.
Because the production of these videos will take some time, we will close ticket sales for the gala on Monday, 12 October. We will send Stevie winners plenty of reminders of the deadline, but mark your calendar now!
