Awards to Be Presented in Ireland in September;

Fairfax, VA – 27 February, 2008 – Seeking the best in business worldwide, the Fifth Annual International Business Awards marked the launch of its call for entries today with new categories and plans to host a gala celebration in Dublin, Ireland on 8 September.
The International Business Awards are the only global, independent awards program honoring great performances in business.
Entry details for The 5th Annual IBAs may be had at www.stevieawards.com/iba. The 2008 awards will honor achievements since 1 January, 2007. The entry deadline is 9 May. Late entries will be accepted through 6 June. Results will be announced in late June.
All organizations worldwide may participate in the IBAs – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Entries may be submitted in languages including Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.
In a nod to the world’s focus on “green,” the 2008 IBAs will present International Stevie® Award trophies in a new Best Environmental Responsibility Program category to organizations showing good stewardship of environmental resources.
Entries may be submitted in more than 40 categories ranging from Best Multinational Company and Best Executive to Best Management Team and Best New Product. Multiple awards based on geography will now be conferred in several of the most popular categories. For a list of categories visit: /iba/categories-0.
The 4th Annual International Business Awards were presented last September at a banquet in Munich, Germany to a diverse range of organizations from 25 countries.
