Under his guidance, the Legal Affairs Department has meticulously studied and drafted over 195 laws, ensuring PCFC's compliance and minimizing legal risks. Law No.(4) of 2023, concerning the Dubai Ports Authority, marked a significant milestone, expanding the corporation's competencies and fortifying Dubai's maritime industry. Dr. Hamad's meticulous drafting ensured the law's alignment with the corporation's vision, enhancing maritime security and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, his leadership in crafting a new human resources policy earned PCFC the esteemed "Great Place to Work" certificate, with an impressive satisfaction rate of 78% and 90% of the employees are proud to work in the organization.
