Our FutureProof Festival event met all those criteria and more.
When we were tapped to produce the annual event organized by Advisor Circle, we knew that the event needed to be imaginative, yet strategic and incredibly valuable to attendees. In addition, our client wanted to reimagine the event into one that would provide an experience that excited the participants and redefined the more traditional financial conference. The event brings together notable figures in finance, investing, tech, and pop culture to collaborate on the future of the wealth management industry so there is a plethora of different cultures and personalities to nourish. FutureProof offered 3500 attendees an unparalleled experience designed to enrich, inspire, and connect.
We made a bold venue choice and swapped boring exhibit halls for a beachside parking lot with a100-foot clear-span tent, three mainstages, two level up stages, and 100 exhibitors and with interactive activities, keynote presentations, sponsor activities and nightly hospitality events.
Each day of the agenda included interactive elements delivered through workshops and hands-on activities where attendees engaged with cutting-edge technologies and industry innovations. Educational sessions featured keynote speakers renowned for their expertise delivered thought-provoking perspectives and actionable strategies to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Plentiful networking opportunities throughout the three-days fostered meaningful connections with industry peers, thought leaders, and potential business collaborators including over 500 face-to-face meetings along with exciting evening events.
Each night, the space transformed into a vibrant hub of entertainment and networking, featuring headline acts, great food and fun and created moments of relaxation and good fun.

We built a 100’ Clear span tent to house over 500 pre-scheduled 1-on-1 meetings

We managed the event turnovers and re-sets throughout each day

We flipped the mainstage areas into concert venues and built a 20’ x 40’ platform on rolling casters for VIP seating. The headliners were Method Man & Redman, and G Love at Ocean Stage, and Surf City Stage featured DK Skee & Reggae.

We were responsible for all sponsors and ensuring their visibility in ways that returned on their investment.

We also built 10 custom booths for exhibitors who requested our services

We designed and produced all the visual elements and the directional signage for the entire event from the hotel across the bridge to the beach and venue.
