FutureProof is an annual conference drawing over 3,500 attendees daily, including top wealth management CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and financial advisors worldwide. We ditched convention center exhibit halls for sandy beaches, offering a five-star experience blending education, networking, trade show, entertainment, and art in a memorable outdoor beach atmosphere.The intention was to turn tradition on its ear, and create a new style of conference that would catch the attention of the wealth industry, and provide an opportunity for industry professionals to gather in a setting that provided a “wealth” of opportunities to move their businesses forward.
The venue was all built from the ground up on a parking lot right across from the Hilton & Hyatt with the connecting bridge (Off PCH street Twin Dolphin & Beach Blvd.) and transformed into an incredible event experience. Seamless organization and logistics ensured smooth navigation and accessibility, while interactive experiences and demonstrations captivated visitors.
Set against a panoramic ocean backdrop in Huntington Beach, California, attendees found themselves amidst a multi-sensory extravaganza. From interactive activities to keynote presentations and nightly concerts, the festival offered a vibrant blend of learning and entertainment, enticing attendees with an unconventional yet compelling post-pandemic setting. One of the biggest highlights of the FutureProof – The World’s Largest Wealth Festival, however, was the bustling trade show, where over 100 exhibitors showcased cutting-edge solutions, fostered engagement and networking with the convenience of not sacrificing one thing for the other as is most common when attending large conferences.
The FutureProof Trade Show boasted an impressive array of leading brand exhibitors (at least ten of whom had us build a custom booth for them - another story for another day) showcasing cutting-edge products, services, and solutions, drawing attendees eager to explore the latest trends and advancements in the field. The tradeshow served as a catalyst for inspiration, growth, and success within the wealth management industry.
With meticulous planning, operational brilliance, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, FutureProof Festival proved to be a resounding success. From industry stalwarts to newcomers, attendees hailed FutureProof as a game-changer, with comments ranging from "best event ever" to "a sense of community like no other."
