    Imagine a financial event where innovation wasn't just talked about; it was lived and breathed in every moment. Welcome to the FutureProof Festival, where we broke free from the convention center and took finance to the beachside parking lot for an experience like no other.

    We made a bold venue choice and swapped stuffy conference rooms for a parking lot with a 100-foot clear-span tent, three-stages, interactive activities, keynote presentations, a trade show, nightly concerts,  and a  panoramic ocean view.  It was a complete multi-sensory experience. . The outdoor venue brought not only change of experience but a confident choice for in-person attendees after a global pandemic. 

    From coffee-making workshops to salsa dancing, and interactive installations, we turned the traditional financial conference agenda into an interactive spectacle that sparked curiosity and fostered valuable connections at every turn. Additionally, there were 500 pre-scheduled meetings that took place that were managed down to the minute. Bringing another aspect to the experience, over 100 exhibitors and sponsors showcased cutting-edge solutions against the picturesque outdoor backdrop, maximizing engagement and networking opportunities for attendees. As the sun set each day, the space transformed into a buzzing hub of entertainment, featuring headline acts against the backdrop of crashing waves. 

    From industry veterans to rising stars, the verdict was unanimous. FutureProof set a new standard for financial events, leaving attendees eager for the next wave of innovation.  With an eye for detail and a flair for the extraordinary, RHEG delivered an unforgettable conference platform that captured hearts and headlines alike.

    Objectives, Planning, Execution and Results:

    The objective and goal was to provide a new kind of conference that would attract attendees to a live event and provide them with a huge value to attend.  

    To accomplish it, we transformed a parking lot into a dynamic festival space,meticulously planning every aspect to ensure a seamless experience and kick off a new style of event for the financial industry. 

    From infrastructure to logistics, we managed every penny to deliver maximum value for our client.

    Partnered with top-tier vendors, ensuring a diverse range of offerings, from food to merchandise, enhancing the festival atmosphere.

    From staging to security, we built the event from scratch, prioritizing attendee comfort and enjoyment at every step.  It was operational brilliance at its best. 

    Our commitment to delivering on promises ensured sponsors received maximum visibility and engagement, setting the stage for fruitful partnerships and sponsor satisfaction. 

    The results and impact were a quantifiable success.  With over 1300 financial advisors and 3500 attendees, FutureProof surpassed expectations, representing over $3.8 trillion in firm assets under management.  

    From industry stalwarts to newcomers, attendees hailed FutureProof as a game-changer, with comments ranging from "best event ever" to "a sense of community like no other."

    Our client praised our poise and solution-oriented approach, setting the stage for an even bigger and better FutureProof Festival in 2024 along with an expansion and addition of another event on the east coast.

    Innovation isn’t just about thinking outside the box; this time, it was about rewriting the rules altogether. With FutureProof, we created a live event that redefined the financial conference and its future.
