EXCEEDED— 90.9% of the employee-viewers were inspired by the characters’ success stories. 84.8% couldn’t help but become proud of being a part of a socially responsible company and 78.8% recognized the opportunities to also help those in need. Translating this into action, 72.7% of them have already committed to volunteer in Megaworld Foundation’s charitable activities in 2023.
Objective 3: To inspire Megaworld employees to take part in Megaworld Foundation’s initiative to “create change and transform lives” with at least a 50% rating.
EXCEEDED—97% of the employees expressed their appreciation of the video’s message, with a 93.94% commitment rating to take part in “creating change, transforming lives”.
