    Mutua Universal is a non-profit organization that looks after the health and wellbeing of its members and is legally constituted as a Social Security partner. The contents of the 2020 report were determined by the extraordinary impact that the COVID-19 had in Spain throughout the year. As a health company, Mutua Universal had to adapt all its services to be able to continue offering health care to insured workers.

    Given the efforts made by Mutua Universal and its employees in this unusual year, the report is presented under the general concept of "Essentials”, which responds to two main objectives:

    1. To highlight the value of the work of insurance companies such as Mutua Universal to the sustainability of the public-private partnership system within the Spanish Public Health Service.
    2. To recognize the enormous commitment of its employees in an extraordinary year.

    The design evolved to reflect this "Essentials" concept, with a strong visual impact and a clear message. A motto is repeated: "Professionalism, Responsibility and Solidarity”, the three principles that define Mutua's action.
