Deadline to Complete This Form to Opt-in to Receive Your Awards: Friday, 17 October, 2025

Complete the form below by 17 October to choose to pay your shipping fees and receive your organization's awards won in The 2025 (22nd Annual) International Business Awards® Awards.  If you prefer to not pay the shipping fees to receive your physical awards, do not complete the form below. You will still be a winner in good standing.

We expect to issue invoices and place charges for shipping fees the week of 20 October.  Awards will not be shipped until shipping fees are paid.  You can expect that your award(s) will be shipped approximately three weeks after our receipt of payment.  The deadline to pay shipping fee invoices is 1 December.

All Stevie Award winners who do not accept their awards at the 10 October awards banquet in Lisbon, Portugal may choose to pay their shipping fees to be sent their physical awards. Winners who do not choose to pay shipping fees will not be shipped their awards. Winners were notified in August and will have through 17 October to opt-in. After 17 October winners who opt to receive their awards will have to purchase them in the Stevie Awards Store and pay for the award(s) as well as the shipping.

For those who opt-in shipping fees payable will be as follows:

Shipments within the U.S.A.
•   U.S. $45 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•   U.S. $20 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to Canada
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
•  U.S. $100 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•  U.S. $40 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to All Other Nations
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
•   U.S. $335 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•   U.S. $55 per Silver or Bronze Medal
