Over time, it opened its advantageous business model to companies outside the group. With the incorporation of Promena in 2013, it has become an international company offering purchasing services.

Due to the challenges experienced in the supply chain during the pandemic, which have affected the profitability and business models of all companies, procurement has become increasingly strategic and important both globally and in Turkey. Zer is well-equipped to navigate these challenges with its 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, industry knowledge and insights in different sectors, competent team of experts, and technological solutions.
Zer has provided uninterrupted workflow to its customers with the local and regional supply passages it has created by commissioning alternative solutions, and has contributed to the effective management of activities, costs and risks by its business partners and suppliers with its expertise in purchasing and supplier management.
In order to keep the ever-increasing prices under control, the contracts were renewed with the suppliers on the basis of correct pricing, thus making products and services accessible with sustainable quality and optimum price.
In order for the suppliers to continue production and survive economically, flexible payment plans and Supplier Financing System has been created that will give them a breath of fresh air.
In 2022, Zer successfully expanded its customer base both domestically and internationally and managed to double its procurement volume. Following the closure of 2021 with 641 customers, Zer increased its customer base to 1,308 by the end of 2022.
In 2022, Zer's managed procurement volume increased by 125% compared to the previous year.
Zer's gross profit grew by 113%, with a significant increase of 84% in gross profit from customers outside the Koç Group. The international gross profit also saw a remarkable growth of 243%.
Zer achieved a remarkable increase in its total revenue, growing by 137% compared to the previous year in 2022.
