    After studying architecture, İsa Turgut İnci entered the entrepreneurship ecosystem and became one of the leading names in the sector. He complements his field experiences in entrepreneurship with the Executive MBA he received from LSE. He continues his studies in the field of Business Administration at UCAM. İsa Turgut İnci received academic leadership, mentoring and coaching training at Boğaziçi University. She completed the Digital Strategy and Leadership program at Sorbonne University. She was accepted to Oxford University Saïd Business School-Strategic Projects Management Programme. At Yıldız Teknopark A.Ş., where he currently serves as Deputy General Manager, he leads many innovative projects with high added value aimed at strengthening the national R&D and innovation infrastructure. He has made significant contributions to the technological and innovative development of the country with the Yıldız Teknopark brand he manages and YTU Startup House, which is a result of his own vision.

    Isa also manages a community of students in the entrepreneurship sector by directing individuals associated with the brands he manages to technology production. İsa Turgut İnci also works as 1512 BİGG and BİGG+ Project Manager at TÜBİTAK. In addition to these duties, İnci is a Board Member of Yıldız TTO and Starcamp.

    İsa Turgut İnci leads the industry with his innovative ideas and vision. The partnerships it develops and the brands it establishes provide a significant amount of knowledge and financial gain to the entrepreneurship ecosystem. As a result of the collaboration with Microsoft under the his leadership, the Microsoft Founders Hub Program, which provides entrepreneurs with mentorship and access to technological innovations, was created.

    He made the first collaboration with CERN in Turkey through Yıldız Teknopark, enabling selected Turkish startups to access CERN technologies through the CERN Venture Connect Program. This opportunity provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to showcase their innovations and establish companies using these technologies.

    He stands out as a unifying force and a pioneer of developments in the sector. By establishing GamesUP, Turkey has undertaken a unifying role to protect the common interests of the members of the digital gaming ecosystem and to manage and supervise rights recognized by law. He also pioneered the establishment of the Turkish Digital Game Developers and Publishers Association (DOGEB), which brings together stakeholders to act towards common goals.

    Aware of the importance of continuing technological developments in harmony with nature, Mr. İnci supported innovation and transformation in the sustainable energy sector through the StarBIGG - Green Growth program, which is a partnership of Yıldız Teknopark and the European Union organization EIT InnoEnergy Hub Turkey.

    When İsa Turgut İnci's leadership and community management skills are examined, it becomes clear that he is a much more inclusive leader than others with similar titles in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. On the one hand, it focuses on its country's technology exports through entrepreneurship and development, while on the other hand, it displays visionary leadership by organizing entrepreneurial clusters within their own verticals and leads to collaborations among many companies in the sector.

    Bringing together 50% of the Turkish gaming industry on a common platform, İnci contributes to the development of the gaming industry with its investments, mentorship and educational supports. GamesUP brought together many game studios with a valuation of $1 billion under one roof. In this context, GamesUP clearly demonstrated the difference of İsa Turgut İnci from other leaders in the industry.

    Another thing that makes Mr. İnci different from others is his ability to facilitate participation in the ecosystem by building trust in the communities he manages. He expresses his views on the ecosystem through conferences, podcasts, national publications and sectoral articles. Mr. İnci makes statements on business models, employment, startups and technological development on various national television channels. Thus, İnci has left other sector managers behind with the partnerships it has established, and has moved forward an ecosystem that is open to development, up-to-date and able to determine trends.

Acting as both a mentor and emphasizing the transfer of entrepreneurial memory and the creation of a collective pool of experiences, Inci addresses community management and the network effect with the motto of growing together. Competent in fostering accessibility and building a repository of human knowledge, Inci has leveraged leadership responsibilities and networks to enhance participation in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

    Leadership and glocalization approach, Inci manages a system that gives local companies a global vision. Through his leadership, he encourages collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity within the entrepreneurship ecosystem, driving positive change and sustainable growth.     Inci has pioneered the opening of the London office of the YTU Startup House brand, which he manages with the principles he has adopted. İnci supports the development of companies operating in London with grants and incentive funds. With the CVC (CERN Venture Connect) program developed by Inci with CERN in the context of thought leadership, which enables CERN innovations to meet Turkish entrepreneurs, it has provided support to technology production in its country with global partnership.
