We have started with My Car+ (Aracim+), which is a first in the sector, and aimed to approach car owners’ needs in a unique way. We aspire to give our customers a perfect experience at a single point for their car. With My Car+ mini app (which is a first in sector), we have enabled our customers to access numerous services related to their vehicles from a single point.
My Home+
In the same way, My Home+ enables our customers to monitor their household expenditures on a monthly basis and to manage numerous transactions related to home such as credit and insurance from a single platform. Furthermore, Yapi Kredi Mobile sends My Car+ and My Home+ users smart notifications at moment of truth. For instance, if your Casco insurance is about to expired, My Car+ not only reminds it you in advance but also provide you an advantageous insurance proposal for policy renewal.
MyBank+
“Open Banking”, where you can share your financial data with any third-party institutions in order to create a versatile banking experience, offers our customers a reliable and transparent service model. By adding their accounts in other banks to our application, our customers can access the information and movements of their accounts through our application from MyBank+ Platform. By viewing their demand deposits in other banks on Yapi Kredi Mobile, they can make in-app payments from an account of another bank. Thanks to this application, our customers can benefit from the ease of use of Yapi Kredi Mobile without having to make transactions from other banking applications.
Card Information Display with Augmented Reality
With our developments, we became the first bank in the Turkish digital banking sector to offer Augmented Reality to their customers. Our customers can only view their cards from their phone cameras without having to enter their card information in the application, and can view information such as current debt information, account movements or remaining balance thanks to augmented reality.
Digital Slip
With Yapi Kredi Mobil's Digital Slip technology, our customers can quickly access the slips of their card expenditures, and can save their expenses by grouping them with the titles they wish with their digital slips, using the "My Expenses in My Tracker" option. They can quickly view the details of their expenses in the groups they have created, set reminders for the expenses they do not want to miss the return and warranty periods, and easily track them.
Jet Transactions
From the "Jet Transactions" menu on the Yapi Kredi Mobile login screen, our customers can now perform their QR Code Withdrawal/Deposit, Mobile Transfer and QR Code Payment transactions much more quickly and easily.
Queuing Without Going to the Branch
Yapi Kredi Mobile users can now make an appointment with Yapi Kredi Mobile without going to the branch, and perform your transactions at the branch without waiting. Moreover, they can easily follow the density of our nearest branches and get directions instantly.
My Smart Trader
Our customers can quickly view the stock offers offered to them and invest easily by activating My Smart Broker on Yapi Kredi Mobile.
