With a full post-COVID period under our belt, we saw double-digit YOY growth every month, including Q2 2023, recording one of our best growth quarters ever. We will close the year with 48% growth of virtual labs sales and almost 60% EBITDA Growth. Our Content business, which was launched in Q1 of 2023, achieved profitability within the first two months. Finally our e-commerce platform, the XtremeLabs Marketplace, is recording over 6% conversion rate and 83% returning customer rates.
Customer Satisfaction:
XtremeLabs consistently tracks the highest Net Promoter Score in the virtual IT Labs sector as measured by independent market research firm G2. In Spring and Summoer 2023, we achieved the G2 "High Performer" accolade. An essential item to note is that this is based on 100% organic customer responses. XtremeLabs didn't incentivize customers to complete CSAT surveys.

Attached is a combined file of seven key innovative capabilities added to our product platform. These include; launch of an AI based student assistant within our product platform, new capabilities to enhance pedagogy with new instructors and student learning features.
