    Introduction

CCH Learning offers a complete learning experience for Tax, Accounting, Finance and Legal professionals, providing cost-effective access to high-quality professional and personal development solutions.

Professional advisors need to stay across legislative and regulatory changes to ensure they can provide their clients with the right guidance. Larger firms face the added complexity of providing their team members with suitable training to deliver high levels of service, manage risk and remain compliant, and facilitate their professional development at an appropriate level.

CCH Learning is helping its customer base power out of the pandemic by launching a roadmap to centralise its content into an APAC-wide learning platform. Combining its topics and capabilities for all users to access can deliver more learning options but still track and record learners' progress. In-country learning preferences, such as face-to-face for South East Asia, will now be bolstered by a wider choice of topics. Business and soft skills development modules – already available in New Zealand, will be offered to professionals in Australia. The learning platform will standardise its broad offering to all subscribers in the future.

    Creating Unique Learning Pathways

CCH Learning’s holistic and innovative solution provides access to a broad range of content created by training specialists and subject matter experts. This material is delivered in various formats to address the diverse needs of our customers - live webinars, on-demand recordings, events, and scenario-based case studies.

Each learner has a unique profile with CCH Learning allowing them to access hundreds of live webinars and  E-Learnings each year. These sessions provide insights on regular tax updates, soft skills development, to productivity-enhancing topics such as making better use of Microsoft tools. The learning journey is customised to everyone rather than adopting a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

CCH Learning has a unique learning pathway – starting with finding the right topic. CCH Learning combines curated catalogues, filters, and an advanced search feature. Each webinar is ‘listened’ to and tagged by Artificial Intelligence,  making it easier for learners to identify relevant topics. A verbatim transcript is made available for every session to allow for a granular search and review of content.

  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):

    Total 258 words used.

    Metrics

    • 490 webinars delivered in APAC in 2022
    • 20% increase in APAC customers in 2022
    • 39% increase in individual registrations in 2022

    Solving Pain Points

The recording of CPD activities is a real pain point for professionals. CCH Learning simplifies this process by automatically logging attendance at webinars, whilst completion certificates for E-Learnings are only awarded on successful completion of a knowledge quiz. The training log also allows ad-hoc activities undertaken outside the CCH Learning ecosystem to be included so the professional can easily track and report on their progress against the CPD requirements of their professional body.

Enhanced reporting capabilities can be made available to designated team leaders so they have visibility of the activities of their learners. Allowing them to guide their selection of content and keep an eye out for at-risk learners.

Adding Value by Linking to Specialist Content

CCH Learning is unique. Unlike competitive offerings, it links to multiple award-winning specialist content housed in CCH iKnow and CCH Pinpoint – to provide deeper insights into accounting and legal topics. Subscribers can improve their technical knowledge across one platform.

Advanced Technology Comes to CCH Learning

The new solution, CCH Learning Fundamentals, is based on a virtual-city-themed environment using world-leading technology to gamify learning. Graduate accountants can digitally immerse themselves in a true-to-life scenario to bridge the gap between theory and application. CCH Learning Fundamentals kicked off with a focus on taxation and business acumen. The Tax Essentials module alone contains 15 topics and 60+ hours of training. Additional learning modules included Accounting, Superannuation and Audit.

  6. You have the option to answer this final question: Reference any attachments of supporting materials throughout this nomination and how they provide evidence of the claims you have made in this nomination (up to 250 words):
