    Launched in December 2023, Agent Central is a digital app designed to provide VUMI agents with a true “digital office.” Easy-to-use, agents find tools to maximize their efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The app is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Here are just some of the key features:

    • News about plans, offers, administrative processes, etc. Agents can share this information through LinkedIn and WhatsApp. This amplifies agents' ability to stay connected and current, and to strengthen their networks and increase company visibility.
       
    • Online quotation tool that allows agents to provide clients a more precise and complete view of available options, streamlining the decision-making process and improving transparency.
       
    • Live chat with VUMI’s service coordinators, who are instantly available to provide information and handle agents’ inquiries, contributing to an improved customer experience.
       
    • Available incentives and discounts. This function motivates agents and helps to further corporate objectives on a global level.
       
    • Direct links to informative booklets, ensuring a clearer understanding of available products by regions.

    During the first month after the official Agent Central launch, stats showed this tool was downloaded by nearly 250 agents in 26 countries.
