    Total 198 words used.

Shehab Beram has a diverse background, starting from entrepreneurship where he built and successfully sold a $500k startup in the Malaysian market. His journey continued as he scaled multiple SaaS and marketplace platforms in the MENA region from the ground up into multi-million dollar businesses. In these roles, Shehab worked closely with talented founders as a VP of Product or Interim Chief Product Officer, also serving as an external board member.

His entrepreneurial drive led him to take 2 SaaS platforms to new heights: Taker Marketing Services, which helps over 3000 restaurants in Saudi Arabia run automated marketing campaigns, and Qawafel Vendor Premium, which assists approx 10,000 manufacturers in maintaining and scaling their operations. Additionally, Shehab scaled the Mrsool for Suppliers marketplace, connecting 90,000 restaurants with 3000 suppliers. His leadership involved managing major product teams of more than 13 PMs and collaborating with over 30 engineers across these three distinct industries.

At Mrsool, Shehab built a comprehensive product system for the largest product squad, serving over 6 million active users in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. This system significantly reduced time to market and increased time to revenue per feature. Showcasing his ability to drive product excellence.

  4. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this second question: Outline the nominee's achievements since the beginning of 2022 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):

    Total 249 words used.

Shehab Beram leads the Product squads of the Business team at Mrsool, where he oversees five PMs. Upon joining Mrsool, he discovered a significant gap: the leadership focused primarily on the customer side, neglecting the merchant side, where substantial business value is created. Consequently, Mrsool was generating revenue mainly from driver commissions and minimal merchant commissions.

Aiming to increase Mrsool’s revenue by at least 25%, Shehab visualized the merchant value chain to identify opportunities and implemented the following initiatives:

    1. Continuous Discovery Pipeline: Shehab established a discovery pipeline, engaging with 15+ merchants weekly and automating market insight collection across sales, customer success, and support to understand merchant needs better. He also held all-hands brainstorming sessions for collaborative ideation.

    2. Mrsool for Suppliers: Leveraging data, Shehab developed Mrsool for Suppliers, connecting suppliers with merchants and monetizing this previously untapped area.

    3. Training Fees: Shehab introduced training fees, monetizing the training process and ensuring Mrsool retained a portion of the first month’s sales from merchants.

    4. Mrsool Financing: He built the MVP of Mrsool Financing, allowing merchants to quickly access cash from direct banks. This innovation enabled Mrsool to utilize sales funds for business activities, eliminating the need for additional funding rounds for at least two years.

Beyond Mrsool, Shehab has built a strong reputation in the product growth market, advising and consulting for over six startups, including Qewam, HakTrack, Drasco, Alrajhi Bank’s digital product , and LogRocket. His broad impact and expertise in driving product success across various industries highlight his significant achievements since 2022.

  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Explain why the achievements you have highlighted are unique or significant. If possible compare the achievements to the performance of other players in your industry and/or to the nominee's past performance (up to 250 words):

    Total 249 words used.

Shehab Beram's achievements are unique and significant due to his unique approach to product management and his extensive influence on the global and MENA product ecosystem. Shehab extends his impact beyond his leadership role at Mrsool by leading his own business and guiding other startups to 6 figure revenues. Known as the "PM of new initiatives" his expertise is sought after for both building and advising Series A and Series B startups.

Through VisionX, he and a team of product management influencers have helped over 15 product leaders in the MENA region stand out in a crowded market.

Additionally, Shehab is on the verge of publishing "Productized," a personal branding book for product managers aiming to distinguish themselves. His thought leadership extends to his writing, with approximately 15k monthly readers worldwide consuming his insights on product management.

Shehab's achievements also include multiple patents and AI product management research papers, referenced by over 200 universities globally, underscoring his contribution to academic and practical knowledge.
