The digital disruption we witness in fragments every day requires legal departments to go beyond providing high-quality legal/regulatory advice and ensuring compliance. They must also develop new skills to directly contribute to the company's business targets, cost-saving measures, and agility by increasing efficiency, establishing fast and accurate decision mechanisms, and keeping up with technological advancements.
This necessitates a critical need for the company to rethink and redesign conventional decision-making processes and digital KPI monitoring tools in order to enhance efficiency.
To meet this need, we have developed Lexboard, a cutting-edge legal dashboard. Lexboard allows us to monitor a vast amount of data stemming from all our legal services through a single mobile app. It seamlessly integrates with 10 digital legal applications, providing instant data streams, and has a modular structure that easily accommodates new services. With its pyramid reporting feature, it facilitates reporting and tracking from team members to the executive management level.
The application includes an admin panel, empowering authorized users to make various changes, such as updating rulesets and modifying datasets and graphs, without requiring additional development. This enables us to instantly monitor data on numerous legal processes, including contract expirations, receivables in legal collection proceedings, potential regulatory non-compliances, patent/trademark application metrics, processed official correspondences, and critical legal inquiries.
These data, generated from different systems, not only simplify the lives of our internal customers (clients) by granting them access to the latest status of their legal inquiries but also enable us to make critical decisions based on factors such as an increasing trend in consumer complaints against the company.
Connectors and Data Flow Designers for data manipulation, dashboard or report designer for creating stunning reporting screens, AI interfaces for creating and running AI models, low-code interfaces for creating custom applications are major part of Lexboard.
