TriNet PeopleForce 2022 was a one-of-a-kind event that took place both virtually and in-person in New York from September 13 through 15, 2022. We launched TriNet PeopleForce as new way to bring small and medium-size business (SMB) leaders together virtually. Now in its third year, the aim of TriNet PeopleForce is to celebrate our clients and prospects, and all the entrepreneurs and small businesses who make up the backbone of the U.S. economy, for their resilience through difficult times, educate them on what comes next and inspire them to persevere as they evolve their teams and their business for a constantly changing future.
The conference brings together business, culture and the arts with a roster of high-profile speakers. Attendees heard from renowned influencers and experts on topics such as purpose-driven leadership, culture, employee experience, leveraging technology for growth, DEI, the state of the economy for SMBs and more.
The themes for the 2022 event were passion, purpose and perseverance. Sessions were live and provided opportunities for over 3,500 attendees to interact with speakers like (former and now current) Disney CEO, Bob Iger, primatologist, Dr. Jane Goodall, retired Duke University coach, Mike Krzyzewski, former NASA astronaut, Mike Massimino and many other accomplished names across a diverse spread of backgrounds. Live performances from Katharine McPhee, Victoria Renee, Loren Allred and Lauren Davidson provided memorable moments for guests to connect over later at happy hours and post-event.
TriNet PeopleForce went above and beyond in providing a beautiful and memorable experience for attendees. Between our speaker lineup, live music performances and world-class stage design we truly established ourselves as a leader in the conference space.
The objectives of TriNet PeopleForce were:
- Thought leadership—Set TriNet apart by proactively educating SMB leaders while staying true to what’s happening today by offering practical, tactical advice.
- Reputation building—Bolster our reputation for being the experts in the PEO space and offering resources critical to SMBs.
- Customer retention—Construct a unique environment giving our customers the space to invest, grow and innovate in hopes of creating a strong community driving loyalty, spend, referrals and positive sentiment.
- Lead generation—Create trust in our brand and expertise driving new leads into TriNet’s funnel while accelerating existing pipeline.
- Product introduction—Demonstrate innovation as a company, releasing product updates on a global stage.
Due to the success of TriNet PeopleForce, TriNet has expanded the event into multiple markets and smaller events throughout the year. Continuing into 2023, Austin, Denver, Washington, D.C., New York City, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco will hold smaller, one-night events where TriNet’s ecosystem can gather to continue the conversations sparked by the flagship event. We also recently changed the name of our SMB podcast, Shifting Grounds, to PeopleForce Podcast, as we continue to evolve our brand and provide insightful, inspirational and actionable content to our SMB audience.
Overall, the care, focus and energy TriNet invested in this event demonstrates the company’s commitment to helping our clients and prospects through thought leadership, connections and innovative solutions. Over 80% of attendees said they would attend future events.
