    "Thai Life Insurance Application" offers policyholders a convenient way to access information and complete transactions independently. This includes the ability to perform simple tasks quickly and conveniently from any location using the application.

    Thai Life Insurance iService” allows policyholders to access their policy information for self-checking on the website at iservice.thailife.com. This enables insured person to easily track the status of their insurance, follow up on underwriting results, make claims for compensation, and monitor the outcome of their claims.

    The company has developed a system to enhance the efficiency of insurance premium payments and claims processing. By leveraging technology, aim to adapt to the digital era and cater to the changing lifestyles of consumers. This includes providing various services to policyholders to accommodate their current way of living as following:

    Thai Life Insurance Smart Pay offers same-day money transfer services for policyholders who choose to receive benefits through their bank savings account or current account without any special conditions with the bank, or through a PromptPay account registered with their national ID card number. The approval for the transfer will be processed during the company's business hours on the same day.

    Easy Get Money provides out-of-hours service through an online system to facilitate insurance premium payments and claims reimbursements through our partners. Our services include:

    - Big C: Policyholders can pay their annual insurance premiums at any Big C branch nationwide, including Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Jumbo, Big C Market, and Mini Big C. Currently, there are over 4,000 payment points available.

    - 7-Eleven: Policyholders can receive claims reimbursements at any 7-Eleven store nationwide by presenting the received SMS and their national ID card. Claims reimbursements are limited to a maximum of 10,000 Baht per policy.

    - Counter Service: Policyholders can pay insurance premiums at Counter Service locations and at post offices or stores displaying the Counter Service symbol, for premiums not exceeding 30,000 Baht, by presenting the premium payment notice.

    We are also expanding payment channels through the "Thai Life Insurance" application, enabling premium payments via Online Direct Debit (ODD) from bank accounts.

    The company is also committed to developing various services to be up-to-date in order to deliver maximum customer satisfaction and respond to the needs of customers in all aspects. This includes providing care to the insured that goes beyond life insurance. In addition to the protection and benefits provided under the policy conditions, comprehensive health care services (Health Services) under the Thai Life Insurance Health Care Solutions project cover and provide solutions for all elements of healthcare.

    •       Thai Life Insurance Hotline which provides free emergency medical and travel assistance services to insured person anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.

    •       Thai Life Insurance International Claims Solutions, allows insured person to receive treatment overseas without having to pay in advance.

    •       Thai Life Insurance Medical Second Opinion Consulting Service (MSO), which provides access to experienced medical consultants and a network of leading medical institutions worldwide.

    •       Thai Life Insurance Telemedicine, a service that enables patients to consult with a doctor and receive medication in real time, particularly in urgent situations that require off-site medical services.

    As part of our commitment to Digital Transformation, the company is actively developing new e-Services to improve customer experience. These initiatives include the E-Policy, E-Invoice, E-Payment, E-Receipt, E-Policyholder Guidebook, E-Card, and E-Document, utilizing a digital signature method specified by the Revenue Department. Additionally, we are implementing an electronic identity confirmation and verification system (E-KYC) to comply with the requirements of the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC) and the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO).
