Thai Life Insurance Smart Pay offers same-day money transfer services for policyholders who choose to receive benefits through their bank savings account or current account without any special conditions with the bank, or through a PromptPay account registered with their national ID card number. The approval for the transfer will be processed during the company's business hours on the same day.
Easy Get Money provides out-of-hours service through an online system to facilitate insurance premium payments and claims reimbursements through our partners. Our services include:
- Big C: Policyholders can pay their annual insurance premiums at any Big C branch nationwide, including Big C Supercenter, Big C Extra, Big C Jumbo, Big C Market, and Mini Big C. Currently, there are over 4,000 payment points available.
- 7-Eleven: Policyholders can receive claims reimbursements at any 7-Eleven store nationwide by presenting the received SMS and their national ID card. Claims reimbursements are limited to a maximum of 10,000 Baht per policy.
- Counter Service: Policyholders can pay insurance premiums at Counter Service locations and at post offices or stores displaying the Counter Service symbol, for premiums not exceeding 30,000 Baht, by presenting the premium payment notice.
