    The results of implementing this solution can facilitate the process of orders from buyers to PTPN VIII, and at the same time from PTPN VIII to tea factories including warehouses by monitoring transactions digitally. The warehouse operator can easily carry out the process of ordering, shipping, receiving, picking, and packing goods. In the shipping process, logistics fleet checks can be carried out with automatic report features to increase effectiveness and efficiency in shipping. All processes can be monitored in a visibility dashboard that provides information related to demand data, quality, time, and performance, so that decision making becomes easier and better and can be adjusted to the information needed by PTPN VIII.

    The quality of tea commodities is very dependent on accuracy in its management starting from the process of picking, drying and withering tea leaves, so it is very important to maintain accuracy in every process because if there is a delay it will damage / decrease the quality of the commodity. With the implementation of LOGEE, increasing the receipt of finished tea to the buyer's warehouse (Unilever) which originally averaged 108 PS (paper sack) per day, to an average of 250 paper sacks per day.

    Director of PTPN-VIII, Didik Prasetyo, said that the implementation of LOGEE services plays a role in providing benefits to PTPN-VIII to accelerate service to customers, as well as improve PTPN-VIII's ability to know exactly the availability of products. Currently, PTPN-VIII can increase sales of tea commodities by 231% also fulfilment tea product by 417% and reducing distribution costs by 20%.
