The Situation Room is equipped with a data integration platform to collect and manage all data from numerous institutions, as well as Business Intelligence to analyse the data to answer Coordinating Ministry of Human Development and Cultural Affairs's (CMHDCA or in Indonesia language called KEMENKO PMK) needs.
The implementation of this innovation includes several key activities:

Among the features provided in Situation Room are:

It generates Rp13,35 billion (approx $890.000) in revenue for Telkom in 2021 or equivalent to an astounding 220% growth of revenue compared to the prior year.
