    EBIS (Enterprise Business Service) is a CFU-based Telkom Indonesia organizational unit, formed to manage Enterprise, Government, and SME customers. By the end of 2021, CFUE has served more than 1900 corporate clients, 300.000 SMEs, and 975 government institutions. In the last 3 years, the enterprise business segment has contributed Rp 18 - 21 trillion (Net Rev).

    In addition to this, EBIS is also the Virtual Parenting of 13 Subsidiary, which is engaged in the BPO, Fintech, Satelite, IT Service, and Advanced Connectivity as well, hereinafter referred to as EBIS Subsidiary.

    Approaching 2019, EBIS experienced quite heavy challenges of B2B (Business-to-Business) dynamics and business changes, which were driven by several internal and external factors:

    1. External Pressure: Emergence of National and Local competitors that provide cheaper Basic-Connectivity solutions. The emergence of substitution technologies such as SDWAN, has eroded current Revenue Cash Cows for Connectivity Businesses, such as VPN IP. Moreover, the emergence of partnerships with Giant/OTT Players has also entered the National market.
       
    2. Internal Pressure: Low Consultative Selling Capability, and Organizations that do not focus on B2B, especially in Regional. Internal Processes are quite long, especially for Solution and Delivery. The other hand, Overlapping Go to Market management, makes customers uncomfortable

    EBIS receives a strategic mandate from the Holding Company (Telkom), with 2 main objectives:

    1. Maintain and win existing B2B customers.
    2. Carrying out B2B business transformation, amidst existing external and internal pressures.

    From 2019 to 2023, EBIS carried out a fundamental improvement program called the "B2B Business & Organizational Transformation Program", which was formed within the "House of Ultimate B2B" framework, in which there are several main programs as shown below:

    Ongoing transformation of the EBIS, at least has progress performance, among others Financial, where the growth of EBITDA Margin doubled (3,6% (2020) to 10% (2022)), compared to the Industry Benchmark that are stay at an average of 15%.

    The achievements that have been obtained by EBIS are carried out on the Ultimate House of B2B elements as follows:

    1. People Transformation.

    AM development's carried out with several programs, including AfRAM (AMOEBA for Regional Account Management), NeXUS (New Enterprise eXecution Using Scrum), and ROSE (Raise on Service Excellence). Strengthening is carried out on all lines of customer management (Account Management, Solutions, etc))

    1. Process & Organization Transformation.

    Process simplification and digitization were carried out, to provide acceleration of customer contract management.                                                  .
    Separating B2B and B2C businesses (convergence of the Consumer Business with the Mobile Business Unit).

    1. Product Transformation.

    Initiation of SME products that target certain specific verticals (IndiBiz Ruko, IndiBiz Edu, Indibiz BPR). For vertical industries, horizontal platforms and vertical industry solutions are strengthened in collaboration with the Hiring Expert Industry program, and joining GTM with world-class players.

    1. Platform Transformation.

    Scattered platform transformation is carried based on E2E Customer Journey. So that the process quality on the customer side becomes integrated.

    1. GTM & Strategic Partnership Transformation.

    GTM orchestration's carried out both with Subsidiaries and other units in Telkom Holding. With the strengthening of the Strategic Partnership, NPS has increased significantly, indicating that customers feel comfortable.

    1. B2C dan B2B Transformation.
