    The MediaHub platform is a solution development video platform that integrates OTT services, linear channels, and advertising inventory owned by Telkom Group Indonesia for IndonesianaTV.     UnderstandingThe Ministry’s need for a platform, to aim at introducing, disseminating, and advancing Indonesian culture worldwide with IndonesianaTV Channel, TelkomGroup has prepared a one-stop solution, which is the MediaHub Platform as enabler for IndonesianaTV with capability as Multi Channel Content Distribution Platform

    This platform carries out the latest technology solutions and is website-based with complex features, so that it is reliable in operation, easily accessible to the public from various backgrounds, and able to reach global audiences

    The platforms and services provided have the following components, features, and capabilities:

    1. Playout Platform includes playout, encoding system, HP linear streaming, content processing, and scheduling in channel playlist.
    2. Access to Content Management/Media Assets, which includes user access management, digital storage, VOD Delivery, and editing.
    3. Insertion and recording of live broadcast programs.
    4. Video files delivery facility.
    5. Monitoring and Reporting System, which includes log proof.
    6. Local distribution to Pay-TV operators with LPB (Paid Broadcasting Institution), including LPB institutions in remote areas of Indonesia.
    7. Full Managed Service with 24-hour operational support.

    As a new channel, Telkom recognizes the importance of creating widespread awareness and generating interest. In addition to expanding services, Telkom is actively promoting IndonesianaTV through various media channels with the MediaHub platform.

    MediaHub's readiness to provide these solutions is conjoined with other TelkomGroup solutions and products, including connectivity and satellite services.

    The existence of this platform has benefited the Ministry of Education and Culture and the TelkomGroup as partners, both financially and non-financially.

    1. Financial Impact
      Telkom Indonesia’s success in delivering solution for IndonesianaTV resulted in revenue performance of 57.4 Billion Rupiah (approx. $3.9 million) in total from 2021-2023. Revenue disbursement 9 Billion Rupiah in 2021, 24.4 Billion Rupiah in 2022, and 24 Billion Rupiah in 2023 from the recurring project.

    2. Non-financial Impact
      IndonesianaTV is well-managed and has evolved into a cultural diplomacy media outlet. Indonesian cultural assets, which were previously solely available on YouTube, can now be accessed on other platforms, resulting in a greater number of viewers. From September 2021 to March 2023, the number of viewers reached 2,375,209 via the website (https://indonesiana.tv/), IndiHome IPTV, Indihome TV online (https://www.indihometv.com/livetv/indonesiana), and Indihome TV Mobile Apps. Furthermore, Indonesia currently has 21 regional local TV stations and 13 Indonesian Cultural Heritage Preservation Centers in districts/cities that collaborated in broadcasting the IndonesianaTV channel.

    The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology expressed satisfaction with MediaHub's services through a customer satisfaction survey, in which technical support and service operations from MediaHub reassured the Ministry to focus on creating and increasing content quality.

    MediaHub also continues to work with The Ministry team to expedite the dissemination of Indonesian cultural content, ensuring that the goal and objective of expanding Indonesian culture is achieved to the utmost.

    As part of the development of IndonesianaTV, Telkom Indonesia with TelkomMetra and MediaHub Platform has established itself as one of the companies capable of competing in the development of digital platforms in the media industry.
